On the cover of the September issue of Home Care Magazine is Joel Theisen, RN, CEO of Lifespark and Homespire, talking a new model of care that is paving the way to help health systems and payers succeed as they feel increased pressure to deliver value-based whole person care, stay relevant, and provide better outcomes.

“By working from a person’s point of view, looking at the holistic, looking at the long term, making sure they can get the resources they need…is really the answer to the future, and it’s what will get us from a fee-for-service to a value-based model of care,” said Joel Theisen of Lifespark and Homespire.
