Fast, convenient care — right in your apartment

We’re here for you, day or night! If a health concern comes up, Lifespark Medical Group’s Urgent Response Services provide quick, personalized care so you can often avoid long waits in Urgent Care or the Emergency Room.

What we can help with

Urgent Care at Home

Our team can treat many common medical needs, including:

  • Checking symptoms and doing physical assessments
  • IV fluids
  • Rapid EKGs
  • Prescribing medications
  • First-dose medications (such as antibiotics or anti-nausea medicine)
  • Labs and urine collection
  • Coordinating imaging
  • Catheter placement
  • Oxygen or nebulizer treatments
  • Splinting minor injuries

Start with Your On-Site Team

When you have health concerns and questions, call your Lifespark community team first. They’ll listen to what’s going on and connect with your Urgent Response Services team, who work closely with your primary care provider.

Depending on your needs, you may receive:

  • A phone call with a triage nurse
  • A same-day or on-call provider telehealth visit
  • An in-person visit from our Mobile Urgent Responders
    (available daily, 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.)
  • If you do need to go to the ER, we help coordinate with the hospital to support a smooth experience.

All services are provided in the comfort of your apartment whenever possible.

What is a Mobile Urgent Responder

Mobile Urgent Responders (MURs) are part of Lifespark’s Urgent Response Services team and are nurses trained in supporting urgent needs in your home .

MURs are sent to see you in your home during an urgent or emergent health situations. They work in cooperation with on-call providers to provide many care services that would otherwise require a trip to urgent are or the ER.

Who can use this service?

Urgent Response Services are available to Lifespark Senior Living residents who receive primary care through Lifespark Medical Group.

What is the cost? Urgent Response Services are part of your care through Lifespark Medical Group. Services are billed to your insurance provider. Co-pays or deductibles may apply.
