What does it mean to age magnificently?

Recently, Rachael Warner, Lifespark, Director, Spiritual Health, joined WCCO’s Susie Jones on Sunday morning’s Health Radio to share Lifespark’s philosophy of Aging Magnificently. Together, they discussed how Lifespark challenges traditional assumptions about aging by inviting joy, purpose, adventure, growth, and healthy risk-taking at every stage of life.

During the conversation, Rachael shared how opportunities for healthy risk-taking, like ziplining at Camp Joy, can support overall well-being. Susie and Rachael also reflected on their personal experiences supporting aging parents and explored how purpose and meaning continue to shape the human experience throughout life.
