Grief Resources

Our Bereavement Coordinator supports families that were served on Lifespark’s hospice for 13 months following death. You can access phone support or counseling sessions online by calling 612-400-9828 and leaving a detailed message about what you are looking for, and they will call you back within 24 hours. On occasion, they are able to offer grief support in person with a 3-day notice. Our Bereavement Coordinator also works with the Lifespark hospice team and can be available for a family before death as identified by the social worker.
