Vincent Companies and Lifespark, a complete senior health company, have entered into an agreement with Volunteers of America National Services (VOANS) to acquire The Homestead at Coon Rapids, with Lifespark Senior Living providing management services. The Homestead at Coon Rapids, now Boden Senior Living – Coon Rapids, transitioned on January 11, 2024.

As part of the acquisition, Vincent Companies and Lifespark will implement enhancements to further elevate the quality of life for residents at Boden. These improvements incorporate upgrades to living spaces, expanded dining options, and the introduction of innovative health and wellness programs, including virtual social engagement across multiple states through Lifespark’s Spark Performances led by world-renowned geriatrician, Dr. Bill Thomas.
