5 Years in a Row! Lifespark Wins 2025 Top Workplaces Award from USA Today

“Working for a company that not only changes hundreds of clients’ lives on a daily basis but keeps the morale of the company high, is one of the most incredible gifts I get to be a part of,” says Nicolette Hart, Lifespark RN, LALD.

And it turns out, Nicolette’s not the only one who feels that way. Lifespark just won the 2025 USA Today Top Workplaces Award… again! The award is a massive honor. But what matters more is what it represents: people like Nicolette love where they work. For five years running, Lifespark has been recognized by USA Today for creating a workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and connected.

How Big of a Deal is This Award?

That depends. If you’re craving an employer with the goal of making you happy, then this award is a giant deal. Because it’s your proof. The Top Workplaces website says companies that win are “dedicated to people-first culture excellence, and they prioritize it day in and day out.”

Some factors award evaluators look at:

  • Do the employees feel appreciated?
  • Do they feel heard by management?
  • Are they encouraged to develop and grow?
  • Does the boss care about their well-being?
  • Is work-life balance important?
  • Are new ideas encouraged?
  • Are pay and benefits what they should be?

A Top Workplace gets these things right. Five years and counting.

The Employees Have Spoken

Awards don’t make a workplace great — people do. People who genuinely want to take care of their co-workers and feel taken care of themselves. That’s why this particular award matters so much. It isn’t based on information the company submitted. It’s earned through the voices of the people who work there. A third-party company conducts confidential surveys, giving employees the chance to share how they truly feel about their workplace. Their honest feedback on the culture, leadership, and environment determines whether or not their company deserves an award. Lifespark employees gave us a thumbs-up!

In Case You Don’t Know Lifespark

We’re a complete senior health company, helping people stay healthy at home, navigate their care with confidence, and live fuller, more independent lives. It’s not just about living longer—it’s about living better, with improved health and greater purpose. At the same time, we’re challenging the current model of care, where seniors face high medical costs and poor outcomes. We’re working to disrupt the way this “sick care” system operates and create something better. And through it all, we take care of each other, too.

“The most important part about a workplace is feeling supported. I never feel as if I cannot get help from a leader, colleague, scheduler, office RN, or any of the other many talented people I work with daily,” says Nikki.”

Great Work Happens Here

The Top Workplaces award is a celebration of the people who make Lifespark what it is—a company filled with impassioned employees who want to help seniors live their very best lives.

But the work isn’t done. If you’re someone who believes aging should be filled with possibility, not limitations, we’d love to have you on our team.
