Lifesprk joins the conversation on direct-contracting entities (DCEs) with Home Health Care News. Value-based primary care provider Oak Street Health (NYSE: OSH) and Walgreens-backed primary care provider VillageMD are also DCEs, among others. According to Lifespark CEO, Joel Theisen, “I feel like I’m [Charlie in] Willy Wonka and I got the golden ticket. I mean, I don’t know how we’re going to use it exactly yet.
