The work that Lifespark is doing is catching the attention of reporters who want to dig under the covers and understand how we are building an integrated, complete senior health experience, and why. In an interview with Jeff Shaw, editor, Senior Business Magazine, Joel Theisen, Lifespark CEO and Matt Kinne, COO, offered a glimpse of why our model is needed and how it all started 20 years ago.
“What we wanted to do was get paid for keeping people healthy — not sickness and transactions and tests and procedures,” said Joel. Matt added, “We’ve integrated all our services around the senior and made a much more seamless experience for the resident and their family. It all comes back to creating a different experience for the senior.”
