The Spark Path is an intentional process that involves finding a Spark Partner and setting a Spark Goal to discuss with your Manager at a regular cadence.

Your Spark Partner is someone you connect with to be your committed listener and help you set your Spark Goal. Often a peer that is not a part of your day-to-day team.

You Spark Goal is something that you are passionate about and really sparks you.
Spark Goal Examples:
• Mentor someone

• Foster a more positive mindset

Your Connection Cadence is the rate at which you meet with your manager or supervisor over the course of a year.
Like the rhythm of music — together you’re create something to be proud of with consistent attention.

Check-Ins are fast and intentional connections that hold the months together, focused on maintaining the best effort, increase clarity and recognize effectiveness.

Coaching Conversations are regular check-ins with your manager that are structured on four key topics:
1- Getting Personal
2- Core Values
3- Shop Talk
4- Your Spark Goal -
Performance Reviews are a yearly, documented conversation aimed to revisit role expectations, orientation to company initiatives, and set the course for the year to come.
