This was a big year for Lifespark and for the 12th time, we have found ourselves on the Star Tribune Top Workplace list once again. This is important because culture means everything to us – our PEOPLE are our number one priority. If we can’t spark our employees and deliver an exceptional experience, we can’t serve others with that same mindset.
