Lifesprk Acquires Senior Care Operator Tealwood

Senior care company Lifesprk has acquired Bloomington-based senior living operator Tealwood Senior Living,it announced Tuesday. The deal will expand Lifesprk’s reach and more than triple its employee count in the Upper Midwest. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Lifesprk will manage Tealwood’s 35 senior living locations in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Lifesprk won’t own the real estate that Tealwood operates, though it will become a minority investor in some of it moving forward, Lifesprk CEO Joel Theisen said.
