Lifespark on the List of 20 Hottest Digital Health Startups From Flyover Country, 2021

For the second year in a row, Lifespark has made the Observer’s coveted list of the ’20 Hottest Digital Health Startups’ – up from the 13 spot in 2020 to number 10. This annual list of hottest healthcare companies in Flyover Country (what the writer calls the Midwest, Rockies and surrounding areas) is published ahead of the JP Morgan Healthcare Conference and highlights those ‘doing exceptional work and creating extraordinary value in healthcare.’

All of the hundreds of companies considered for this year’s list are doing important work, helping to save lives, delivering better care, or creating a more efficient healthcare ecosystem. Lifespark is honored to be among some of these trailblazers all working to create a better experience. The writer also notes that ‘Lifespark CEO Joel Theisen talks faster than MSNBC’s Hallie Jackson. For those who can keep up, Theisen is a guy operating several time zones ahead of everyone else in the geriatric care space.’
