Announced today in a joint news release, Lifespark has partnered with Consonus Pharmacy, a leading independent, long term care pharmacy, to enhance pharmaceutical services for seniors in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
The partnership between Consonus Pharmacy and Lifespark which began October 1, 2023, helps supply and support all pharmaceutical services for Lifespark Senior Living communities and provides clinical
pharmacological consultancy within Lifespark’s value-based care services to Lifespark COMPLETE members.
