Two Innovative, Health Care Leaders Form Partnership to Bring Elevated Pharmacy Services to Minnesota Seniors

Announced today in a joint news release, Lifespark has partnered with Consonus Pharmacy, a leading independent, long term care pharmacy, to enhance pharmaceutical services for seniors in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

The partnership between Consonus Pharmacy and Lifespark which began October 1, 2023, helps supply and support all pharmaceutical services for Lifespark Senior Living communities and provides clinical
pharmacological consultancy within Lifespark’s value-based care services to Lifespark COMPLETE members.

“Lifespark partnered with Consonus to bring an elevated pharmacy service — not only to Lifespark’s ecosystem but to the Minnesota market,” said Joel Theisen, BSN, RN, CEO of Lifespark. “We were impressed by their specific focus on the senior population. As board certified geriatric pharmacists, Consonus brings expertise in the complexity of medications and a unique understanding of how medications impact the aging body.
