In Good Company podcast episode featuring Lisa Zeis discussing leadership lessons

We have good news and bad news about the latest In Good Company.

The bad news: it features Lisa Zeis, our beloved former Senior Director, Quality and Employee Engagement, who has relocated to Arizona and is gradually winding down her career. You’ll have to hear about it from her, because we’re not ready to talk about it.

The good news: you should watch it anyway; it comes with zero action items and 20-minutes of life advice that actually works. “Do the right thing” and servant leadership have gotten her through some very hard situations. You can’t say that about most motivational posters.

Lisa calls herself a “utility player,” which is a polite way of saying she’s done a little of everything for us since 2021. Now she’s hunting for what’s next, which might include more speech therapy, plenty of hiking, and visiting the Salt River wild horses. But you’ll have to hear it from her what’s really next…
